Electricity From An Inkjet Printer Motor

Pretty much what the title says. Some motors are capable of acting as generators. The most famous ones are the motors from execise treadmills that people use for a week then throw away. 😉 This is the motor from a ruined inkjet printer that originally moved the print head back and forth. In the near future it may become the heart of a small wind generator.

Actually, you can. The motors from exercise treadmills are often used by enthusiasts as generators.
